I just sat there with the Bin X and my family quiet, haven't spoken a word just wondering why Khalid did not show up. His twin sisters {Reem & Mariam} just looked at me the whole time with a smile, which made me feel very uncomfortable, it was like they knew that Khalid and I are in contact or something.
The men sat on one side of the majlis and us ladies sat on the other side. I can see Khalid's brother Mohammed just starring at me also.
What is wrong with this family!
Do they all just stare at the big elephant in the room!
I looked at my phone, Khalid didn't contact me.
Was he one of those guys that spends a day with a girl and throws her away.
I felt broken from the inside.

it felt so awkward usually i'm the social one and loves getting to know people especially over dinner and parties.
So i sat with Reem and Mariam and got to know them. Both 19, identical twins, and they're both medical students.
Mom gave me the look to go check on dinner i went to the dinning room, saw the male house staff preparing the table, putting the food on the table the female staff are preparing the drinks, when i suddenly heard a loud voice coming from the main majlis where they all were sitting. A majls that has men obviously will be loud. I continued looking around making sure everything was in place, then left the dining room.
Went into the majlis whispered in my mom's ear the dinner is ready.
Mom: il 3isha jahz, tfathlo
I stood where my mom was while she escorted them to the dining room, and following her was my dad, i just wanted to quietly leave the place without anyone noticing.
Khalaf: Mashallah keif Shaikha kebrat, khalid tathkr yoom kento tel3boon wiyab3th
Khalid: Heih r7na ba3ad elmkhayem mal tennis fe brai6ania
i was so shocked that the only thing i did was glare at Khalid, while he looked at me with an evil grin on his face.
No wonder i suddenly heard all the mens voice getting loud it was because of him!!!
I changed my mind, i wasn't gonna leave the place while Khalid is here. I went straight to the dining room while the men were washing their hands. As we all started having dinner i sat between the twins and next to one of the twins was Khalid.
Reem: So what are you planning on majoring in
Me: Interior design
Mariam: That's nice
Reem: So we'll have two doctors, a lawyer and an interior designer in the family.
Khalid: Reem!
Reem: Shoo?
Mariam: Where are you planning on studying.
Me: For now i'm thinking of A.U.S
Khalid: Why A.U.S?
Reem: Al jam3a zeina
Khalid: Ma7d kalamj
Mariam: Bas 3ad ntoo alithnain, they always argue
Me: {laughs} its ok
Khalid: AUS is too far for you why don't you study in Zayed Uni?
Me: Zayed is a waste of time with the 2 year general course and also my arabic is really weak and homa wayed mshadideen fil 3arabi

The rest of the night went by so fast but it was amazing, more of the best two days of my life i spent with Khalid, even though he was in one side of the majlis and i was on the other we both gave each other looks and smiled. From being heart broken he just got me back to the person i was with him this morning.

I rushed to my bed grabbed my bb and looked for khalid, but he wasn't on my list any more.
I tried calling him, texting him, he wouldn't pickup his other phone was off and he didn't reply back to any of my msgs the whole night.
