Abdulra7man: i want 2 double fat burger and big skinny fries !

filipino: wat abt ur drinks sir 

Abdulra7man: Coke in a can 

filipino: so 2 double fat burger, with large skinny fries, and 2 coke anything else?

Me: yah! and fat burger with skinny fries but i want i small

Abdulra7man: nono shes pregnant cancel that order she doesn't need it !

so we got our food went bak to my dads house and had our late night dinner, abdulra7man couldn't even sleep mn el far7a, i put on the notebook and slept.. i woke up the next day  and abdulrahman was asleep like a dead person snoring next to me, i looked at the time its 12:47 pm! i rushed to the toilet and got ready quick i've never slept till 12 .. i woke up abdulrahman and told him to atleast pray and go back to sleep .. i went down and saw my day just getting in

Dad: Jawaher tawich nasha umi?

Me: Haih baba 

Dad: Sahraneen shakelkom ha?

Me: (giggling) haih baba ba3dna Jet lagged 

he laughed kissed me and went to him room, i went looking for my step mom but she was nowhere to be found, i went back to the room and saw abdulrahman awake but he didn't look well

Me: Maybe 3ashan ur jet lagged

i went close to him and put my hand on his forehead, it was hott ! .. i rushed to my dad and told him that abdulrahman had a fever and that he doesn't look well, he grabbed his keys and i helped abulrahman up and help him out on his kandora and rushed him to the hospital.. i was so scared, my eyes fileld with tears .. 3abdlra7man looked so sick, i never saw him this way ever ..

they took abdulrahman into a room which he'll be staying over my dad left and i stayed with him, i call om abdulrahman and told her that he's not feeling well and that he's in hospital and i'll be staying with him.. they said enahom bayoon dbai b3d el m'3arb so i'll just stay in the hospital and wait for them ..

when it got close to 6 i can see abdulrahmans parents and his sisters and younger brothers coming towards us ..

so we went in and sat in the majlis for around 15 minutes .. i then heard abdulrahman call my name i ran to the room where he was in and his parents came after me

Abdulrahmans mom: salamat uboyeh 

Abdulrahman: umii shoo tsaween hny

that was the last thing i heard.. I felt like the world is spinning on me .. everything in front of me went blurry .. i started shaking .. i couldn't see anything in front if me, the whole place went black ...
